Check-in
From 15:00 — self check-in until late with the online portal.
Check-out
Until 11:00 — just leave the key in the lockbox.
Please note
- Smoking is not allowed.
- No parties or events; hen/stag groups cannot be accommodated.
- Quiet hours 22:00 – 08:00 out of respect for the neighbours.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Children of all ages are welcome. Cribs and extra beds are not available.
- Apartment 1 is registered for max. 5 guests, apartment 2 for max. 4 (Croatian law requires guest registration).
Cancellation
If you cancel, you pay 50% of the booking total — the same terms as on Booking.com. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm.
Tourist tax
Croatian tourist tax is included in the nightly rate.
Invoice
You receive an official Croatian invoice (račun) by email with your payment confirmation.
